Wellness Wednesdays: Sleep, Stress, & Strength

A workshop focused on the interconnected relationship between moving our bodies, managing anxiety, and prioritizing sleep. This event will include presentations from Fitness Center Director, Tyler Hagin,  Learning Commons STEM Coordinator, Berea Etherton, and the Library. Student Life, the Disabilities Resource Center, Counseling and Wellness Center, and SF Achieve will also be tabling this event! Come learn strategies to manage stress and leverage your strengths to successfully move through spring semester.
